I have been working for the Utrecht university paper (Utrechts Universiteitsblad / later U-blad) for many years, made many cartoons for them, logos and incidentally gagstrips. Of which this is an example (1998). In those days the broadcast magazine VPRO Gids ran a children section called Achterwerk, which also had gagstrips, obviously drawn and send in by their your readers.
This spoof, for which I used my non-drawing left hand to simulate inexperience, is about radiation workers on the university:

For the 2003 art manifestation 'Er rest ons niets dan beschaving', which I mentioned here, I also made a small silent comicbook called Einbein, the story spontaneously drawn with almost no sketching. The original hard-copy was published in black & white. I later colored it in for online viewing on a previous website. Now only here. Enjoy!
