Bureaubewust
In 1994 I designed this logo for Bureaubewust, a smallscale enterprise and store for sustainable office supplies in Utrecht (check their FB-page for more info). In time the design evolved from black&white to this colorful one.
Now Bureaubewust is celebrating its 25th birthday. Certainly a feat in these hard times. And good reason to finally post this on my blog!

Gebieden Energie Neutraal GEN
This is for archiving purposes. Animation I did together with filmmaker (and musician) Jos Hoes for the GEN organisation. It explains their mission and projects.
The film was shown at their congress, November 11, 2013.
The complete assignment included a booklet, with the full voice-over text and stills of the animation, project + stand logo's, plus discussion sheets (see below).

Hairdresser 'Bicycle'
During the 90's I worked for Kapperbond FNV, the Dutch hairdressers trade union: illustrating their monthly members magazine, the yearly diaries, leaflets, brochures, posters, xmas cards etc.
One of the items they were keen on was promotion of ergonomic materials in hairdresser's saloons. A shoppingbag with this print on it was part of the campaign.
Kappersfiets, the popular term for a mobile adaptable chair with a saddle as seat to be used while at work, translates best as 'hairdresser bicycle'.
And the slogan made this drawing fit for the bikedraw series in celebration of the Tour de France.
